📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • 12+ years quota-carrying selling complex B2B or industrial solutions.
  • Proven track record closing multi-year enterprise deals with executives.
  • Demonstrated success owning forecast accuracy and deal governance.
  • Deep experience selling into large industrial/manufacturing enterprises.
  • Expert-level enterprise sales strategy including ABM and long-range planning.
  • High fluency in CRM-driven management (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong executive presence influencing C-suite and Board.
