📋 Description

• Build the region from the ground up. Own the Southeast territory plan, including which accounts
• Recruit and close top-tier AEs. Use your regional network to hire a team of Enterprise AEs and keep
• Own the number. Carry the regional quota and forecast it accurately every week, month, and quarter.
• Land and expand enterprise accounts. Convert existing ClickHouse Cloud and open-source usage into
• Get into deals. Join executive meetings, pressure-test deal strategy, and help reps through
• Run a tight team with Solutions Architects. Work hand in hand with SAs and SEs so every opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales in data infrastructure, databases, analytics, observability
• 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams as a first- or second-line leader, with consistent
• A record of building a region or team from an early stage: hiring the first reps, defining
• A deep Southeast network of enterprise AEs, customers, and partners, and a reputation that makes
• Forecasting and qualification discipline (MEDDPICC or similar). You know the difference between a
