📋 Description

• Call performances and rehearsals as assigned, maintaining precision with technical and artistic
• Run backstage tracks during shows, supporting artists with quick changes, cueing, and transitions.
• Apply and supervise emergency protocols both onstage and backstage.
• Assist with audio and video recordings of performances, training sessions, and rehearsals as
• Provide daily support to artists, the Artistic Director, and the artistic team.

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to tour internationally full-time and work in foreign countries.
• College diploma in Theatre, Stage Management, or related field; or equivalent professional
• Minimum 4 years of professional stage management experience on mid- to large-scale productions.
• Experience calling complex shows, including aerial acrobatics, in both rehearsal and performance
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural awareness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Aurora or other stage management software
