Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children/young adults with Autism in-home, community, and BAYADA sites.
Follow established treatment plans and behavior support plans.
Build supportive relationships with clients and families.
Deliver behavior therapy techniques under supervision.
Document interventions and track progress toward goals.
Collect behavior data and contribute to program improvements.

🎯 Requirements

One year experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities (preferred).
Valid RBT certification (training academy available if not certified).
CPR/FA certification.
