📋 Description

• Work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Execute treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors affecting daily life.
• Communicate progress with the supervising clinical team.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
• Willingness to complete RBT training if not certified.
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician.
