Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (Bi-Lingual only)

📋 Description

• Work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
• Provide compassionate, child-centered care to families.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
• Willingness to complete training requirements for the RBT role (if not certified).
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician.
