Conduct nutrition assessments to determine needs, preferences, and goals
Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans
Deliver and document nutrition interventions per physician orders and participant care plans
Oversee menu planning and meal delivery to meet diet requirements
Manage the nutrition staff, including hiring, training, and mentoring
Guide intake and enrollment to move participants through the process

🎯 Requirements

Registered Dietitian with 2+ years directing nutrition in healthcare
Current BLS and First Aid certification required
Strong leadership, organization, and communication with seniors and IDT
At least 1 year experience with frail or elderly population
