📋 Description

• See direct impact by supporting and educating participants through their care journey
• Collaborate with IDT members to develop holistic nutrition plans
• Develop and implement nutrition services, including assessments and counseling
• Oversee menu planning and meal delivery to meet safety and dietary requirements
• Lead and mentor nutrition staff; hire and train as needed
• Guide intake and enrollment to move participants through enrollment efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with at least 2 years directing nutrition in healthcare
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification required
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication with seniors, families, and IDT
• At least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations
