Deliver medical nutrition therapy for disease management and prevention.
Counsel clients/families on nutrition per health goals.
Educate clients and clinical team on nutrition strategies for home use.
Document care and progress in BAYADA EMR accurately.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in nutrition/dietetics.
Current RD/RDN credential; NJ practice eligibility.
Minimum 2 years RD experience in healthcare setting.
Home health experience preferred; not required.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Experience with EMR is a plus.
