Registered Dietitian (Mandarin OR Spanish Speaking)

📋 Description

• Conduct nutrition assessments to identify needs and goals
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans
• Deliver and document nutrition interventions per orders and plans
• Oversee menu planning and meal delivery to meet diets and safety rules
• Manage the nutrition staff: hire, train, mentor
• Guide intake and enrollment to move participants through the process

🎯 Requirements

• RD with at least 2 years directing nutrition in healthcare
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication with seniors, families, and IDT
• At least 1 year experience with frail or elderly population
