Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide primary health care and monitor health conditions
• Plan long-term care needs and advise direct support staff
• Conduct routine site visits, check vitals, assess and document progress
• Ensure medical records meet licensing requirements and policy
• Facilitate involvement of direct support staff to promote care
• Attend support plan meetings to monitor patient care with external providers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years RN experience
• Current Oregon RN license
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle
• Experience in long-term care or IDD preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication for documenting care
