📋 Description

• Home health RN visits in Southwest Valley (Laveen & Buckeye).
• Flexible schedules; 1:1 patient care.
• Follow care plans; travel to designated territories.
• Administer meds, wound care, and treatments.
• Document care on EMR touchpad tablet.
• Case management and coordination with Clinical Services.

🎯 Requirements

• Current AZ RN license.
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred, not required.
• Graduate from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently; strong time management.
• Willingness to travel to cases as needed.
