Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
• Follow up and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments and case management

🎯 Requirements

• Current FL RN license
• ≥1 year recent clinical (med/surg) experience
• Prior home care experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma)
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills with EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
