📋 Description

• Triage & assessment: Evaluate acutely ill patients in person or by phone.
• Patient education: Teach chronic disease management and meds.
• Care coordination: Ensure check-ups, screenings, and referrals.
• Clinic procedures: Assist exams, phlebotomy, vaccines, injections.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed RN with 2+ years clinical triage experience.
• Pediatric and acute care or inpatient experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable access to personal transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving and organized, self-starter attitude.
