Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Visit clients at home in assigned geographic territories
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Document observations using a touch-pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ RN license.
• At least 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma)
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills; EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
