Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Follow care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned territories
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ RN license
• At least 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
