Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations on a tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ RN license
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (med/surg) exp
• Home care exp preferred but not required
• Grad from accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma)
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in EMR; computer skills
• Travel to cases as assigned
