Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medications; provide wound care and treatments
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as needed
• Case management and coordination
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ RN license
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
