Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide palliative hospice care to clients in home settings.
• Follow designated care plans; perform home visits in designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders; perform client assessments as needed.
• Coordinate case management and document observations using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Registered Nurse license in New Jersey.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
