Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric clients in senior living
• Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, and physician-ordered treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care and clinical activities using BAYADA EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical nursing experience.
• Home health or senior living experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union Counties.
