Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients’ conditions; report changes to management
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors’ orders
Perform client assessments as necessary

🎯 Requirements

A current NJ RN license
Minimum one year clinical experience
Home care experience preferred
Graduation from accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills
