📋 Description

Follow designated care plan per patient needs
Make home visits to clients in Duval, Baker, Clay and Nassau Counties
Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute and document doctors' orders
Accurately document observations and interventions in EMR/tablet

🎯 Requirements

Current FL RN license
1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Home care experience preferred but not required
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to travel to cases as assigned
