ICU/high-tech pediatric nurse in home health setting
Deliver skilled nursing care to infants/children at home in the Pittsburgh area
Work as part of a hospital-at-home team, providing initial weeks of homecare and family training

🎯 Requirements

Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN
At least 1 year of verifiable work experience as an LPN/RN
NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
