📋 Description

• Provide NICU/PICU/ICU level nursing at home for infants and children.
• Serve as extension of hospital care team delivering skilled nursing at home.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license
• At least one year of verifiable RN experience
• NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
• Infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care competency
• Ability to work in home care setting with families
