Follow designated care plan in line with patient needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments and contribute to case management

🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in SC
Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
