📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in Florence/ Marion County.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and care coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• A current SC RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
