📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Conduct home visits in assigned territories
• Administer meds, wound care, treatments
• Monitor client conditions; report changes
• Follow up with doctors' orders and document
• Perform client assessments and care documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Active Florida RN license
• 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) exp
• Home care experience preferred, not required
• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR exp preferred
