Registered Nurse-Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Conduct home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medications and perform wound care per protocol
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor
• Document orders and client assessments using EMR
• Coordinate care with the team and specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in PA
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
