Registered Nurse (OH / PART-TIME / Field-based)

📋 Description

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in Ohio (field-based, part-time)
• Ensure Medicaid and Personal Care Services compliance
• Oversee PCAs and coordinate with the Care Manager
• Conduct initial home visits to define PCA tasks
• Monitor PCA performance and consumer satisfaction
• Protect client privacy and comply with agency policies

🎯 Requirements

• Valid RN license from the Ohio Board of Nursing
• 2 years direct care with elders or disabled adults
• Previous management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
