Registered Nurse (RN)

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester counties
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments and coordinate care with the team

🎯 Requirements

• A current SC Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and EMR experience preferred
