• Serves as a subject matter expert in EHR workflows, collaborating with clinical, operational, and
• Translates clinical workflows into efficient EHR processes that align with operational goals and
• Utilizes data and analytics to inform process improvement, promote best practices, and drive
• Leads and supports EHR optimization initiatives, including workflow redesign, template development
• Provides education, training, and support for EHR enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality.
• Acts as a liaison between clinical users, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent clinical degree; candidates with significant
• 3+ years of experience in informatics and/or EHR build and workflows.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working directly with providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize
• Experience implementing or standardizing clinical workflows and documentation processes in an EHR.
• Strong understanding of EHR data capture and its relationship to reporting, analytics, and quality
