Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plans for adult and geriatric clients
• Make home visits to clients in Durham and Chapel Hill territories
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments as prescribed
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to manager
• Document doctors' orders and care details in EMR
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management

🎯 Requirements

• North Carolina RN license
• At least 1 year of clinical (medical-surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills; EMR experience preferred
• Travel to assigned cases
