Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide home health visits per patient care plan
• Travel to cases in designated geographic territory
• Administer medications, wound care, therapies as directed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Document orders and care interventions on EMR tablet
• Coordinate case management and follow-up with clinicians

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license
• Minimum 1 year verifiable clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
