Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in Mecklenburg and Union counties.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments per plan.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical clinical experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid EMR experience; willing to travel to cases.
