Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke counties
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments
• Monitor conditions; report changes to supervisor
• Document doctors' orders and follow up accordingly
• Perform client assessments; case management/coordination

🎯 Requirements

• North Carolina RN license
• Minimum one year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
