Follow care plan per patient needs
Make home visits to clients in designated territories
Administer meds, wound care, treatments
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Document doctors' orders and client observations
Case management and coordination

🎯 Requirements

Current OH RN license
Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Prior home care experience preferred but not required
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills
