Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories
• Administer medications, perform wound care and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor
• Document doctors' orders and care interventions accurately using the EMR tablet

🎯 Requirements

• A current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred; travel to cases as assigned.
