Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned territories
• Administer medications, wound care and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor
• Document doctors' orders and care outcomes
• Use a touchpad tablet to document observations

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
