Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide home health services to adults in Pitt and Martin counties per visit.
• Follow a designated care plan for each patient’s needs.
• Perform medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document visits and care using the EMR tablet.
• Travel to cases across assigned territories as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; provide transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
