Registered Nurse, RN Home Health Visits (Tuesday-Saturday)

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Visit clients at home in assigned territories
• Administer meds, wound care, treatments, procedures
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to supervisor
• Execute and document doctors' orders accurately
• Perform client assessments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Active PA RN license
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal skills
