🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Experience with advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator.
• Proficient with electronic charting (Statewise).
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
• Able to work in clients' homes with flexible scheduling.
