Registered Nurse, RN - Hospice - Per Diem

📋 Description

• Home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications; wound care and comfort care.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes.
• Follow up on and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments; occasional on-call.

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care/hospice experience preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
