Registered Nurse (RN), Per Diem, Hospice

📋 Description

• Visit clients in their homes; administer meds, wound care, treatments.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Hospice experience welcomed but not required; we will train you.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
