Follow up on, execute, and document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary
Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends

🎯 Requirements

Active and current RN license
One year of clinical experience preferred
Hospice experience welcomed but not required; training provided
Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
