Registered Nurse, (RN) - Senior Living

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in Wake and Durham counties.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
• Document observations and interventions in the EMR.
• Coordinate case management and team communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills and EMR experience preferred.
