Registered Nurse, (RN) - Senior Living

📋 Description

• Provide RN services to adult/geriatric clients per visit.
• Home visits in Senior Living Communities in Huntersville, NC.
• Administer meds; wound care; other procedures.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with doctors' orders and document them.
• Perform client assessments and case management with tablet entry.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NC RN license.
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Independent work style; strong time management.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
