📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing and rehab care in the home
• Serve senior living communities in Melrose and Swampscott
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Help clients remain at home with high-quality care

🎯 Requirements

• Current MA nursing license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year adult/geriatric care in past 2 years
• Experience with acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wounds)
• Independent work style; escalate concerns when needed
• Proficient with point-of-care documentation and technology
