Provide skilled nursing visits to clients in designated senior living communities
Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop plans of care
Administer medications and wound care and perform physician-ordered treatments
Monitor client conditions and communicate changes to managers
Follow, execute, and document physician orders
Provide case management and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

Current New Jersey RN license
Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience
Medical-surgical experience preferred
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Home health or senior living experience preferred
Ability to travel within Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union Counties
