Registered Nurse, RN - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing visits in senior living communities (assisted and independent living)
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Utilize experience with acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript/diploma.
• At least one year of recent hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute
