📋 Description

• Head-to-toe assessment to detect subtle changes in condition
• Manage acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wounds, IV therapy)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home
• Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Wound assessment, care, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Current PA nursing license in good standing
• Graduate from accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma)
• 1+ year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in various settings (past 2 years)
